AMW Business Growth (via Amanda Wood) is contracted to work with small and medium businesses throughout southern Adelaide – delivering FREE (fully funded – no catch) ‘General Business’ advisory sessions. Sessions are championed by the “Southern Business Mentoring Program” and kindly funded by Marion, Holdfast Bay and Onkaparinga Councils. AMW Business Growth (via Amanda Wood) and several other providers are contracted to work with small and medium businesses in delivery of the free sessions. Businesses can book “General Business” sessions with Amanda (other providers cover different subject areas).
Topics covered in many, many hundreds of client sessions Amanda has delivered to date have included – defining the ‘value proposition’; strategic planning or reviews; business planning; understanding cashflow, costs and profit; applying for grants, tenders or awards; market segmentation; uncovering insights on intellectual property; as well as anything from insurances, to leasing, to tax and regulatory matters. In your session/s with Amanda, you may also be introduced to simple tools that could help you find opportunities; summarise your strategic priorities; or even manoeuvre your budget. You can seek help with any particular business issues or ideas, or just use the session as a sounding board for your thinking.
If your business (from any industry) has an ABN and is based in any of Marion, Onkaparinga or Holdfast Bay Council areas you are likely eligible for a free session with Amanda (and/or other providers). Have no fear – this is not a service “with a catch”. We don’t use the free session to hard-sell you other services.
