Mentoring Packages
These are tailored to your individual needs, combining face to face sessions with phone and email support, across 6 or 12 month periods. All packages commence with a goal-setting session to ensure we stay focussed.
Business Reviews
Review, analysis and diagnosis of the current state of the business, along with suggested improvements. Reviews can be semi formal - providing a brief summary report of one or two key areas of the business, or detailed - providing insight and ideas across the whole business.
Business Strategy & Planning
We work with you to help you define your desired future and explore options for adapting the approach through defined actions. This cold include, for example, shifts in your business model, adapting to new market opportunities, or creating more efficient operations.
Respite or Hands-on assignments
